Join us for a special event full of mindfulness, empowerment, and energy healing.

Friday's Reiki experience meditation is designed to release energetic blocks.  You’ll choose one to release and take some time to learn about how it manifests for you before we begin.  Then you’ll sit back or lay back to receive peaceful healing energy.  When it’s all over, we’ll look at your energetic block again and see what’s changed…  Usually, people are blown away and feel much lighter afterward.

Here's how the event will go:

💗learn a simple breathwork practice that you can do anytime to easily reset  

💗melt into an energy-infused guided meditation for release and restoration  

💗write what you recall and reflect on any shifts you may have experienced.
