Service Description

We'll start with introductions, then lead into a short meditation prompt (which you may use or ignore). Most of this session will be quiet time for group meditation. We'll leave a short time for discussion afterward (5-15 minutes depending on the number of participants). You're invited to bring your own meditation cushion, chair, pillow, etc- whatever feels comfortable to you! Join us for group peace! MUST RSVP Small donations are accepted but not required.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be canceled or rescheduled up to 3 hours before the appointment. With less than 3 hours, your payment is forfeited.
