Booking Policy & Client Agreement

Welcome! I'm honored to hold space for your healing journey. The following policies help keep our sessions flowing smoothly and respectfully for all. Please review before booking. By checking the agreement box when booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

🗓 Booking Windows

• Appointments must be booked at least 12 hours in advance.
• You can book up to 30 days in advance.
• Don’t see a time that works? Reach out — I may be able to accommodate special requests when possible.

🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before your appointment.
• For circles, please cancel at least 12 hours ahead so I can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon due to extenuating circumstances.
• If I ever need to cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

⏰ Late Arrivals

• Please text me if you're running late.
• Sessions end at the originally scheduled time to honor the next client’s space.
• If you’re more than 15 minutes late without communication, the session may be considered a no-show and may not be refunded.

🌐 Virtual Sessions

For virtual/distance Reiki sessions, please let me know in advance whether you’d like to:
• Meet on Zoom
• Connect by phone
• Receive a Loom video after your session

💸 Payments

• Reiki and life coaching sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Workshops require either full payment or a non-refundable deposit with the remaining balance due before the workshop begins.
• Circles are limited in space. Please honor the 12-hour cancellation window so others can join from the waitlist.

🎁 Gift Cards

Gift cards are available and can be applied to any service.
• Must be used within the timeframe listed.
• Non-refundable but fully transferable.

📦 Package Sessions

• Package sessions must be scheduled and used within the designated booking window.
• Unused sessions do not roll over into future packages.
• Clients are responsible for booking all sessions within the valid timeframe.

💫 Life Coaching

Life coaching sessions follow the same policies as Reiki sessions for booking, cancellations, payments, and packages.

📜 Waivers & Liability

By booking any session, workshop, or event, you acknowledge that:
• Reiki is a gentle, energy-based healing practice for relaxation and stress reduction.
• Reiki is not a substitute for licensed medical or psychological care.
• Practitioners do not diagnose or treat conditions.
• You agree to release Rainbow Reiki LLC and Katia Davis from any liability related to your sessions.
• All information shared in sessions is confidential.

These terms reflect the waiver you may have signed previously. If you're a new client or attending a new workshop, you may be asked to sign a separate waiver.

🧘 Studio Use by Guest Practitioners

Occasionally, Rainbow Reiki Energy opens its sacred space to other aligned practitioners for workshops, sessions, or circles. If you're renting or borrowing the studio:

• Please treat the space with reverence and respect, as you would your own healing sanctuary.
• You are responsible for setting up and cleaning up after your session or event. The space should be left as you found it.
• If anything is damaged or broken, the policy is simple: you break it, you buy it.
• Please honor the energy of the space by maintaining a peaceful and professional environment for all clients, guests, and neighboring practitioners.
• Any promotional materials or signage must be approved in advance if displayed in shared areas.
• Refunds or cancellations for studio rental are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
