On your call, you’ll have the option to share anything specific that you’re working on before we begin doing Reiki. During the Reiki session, you just relax and receive. If it feels better for you, you can turn your video off during this time. Then afterward, we’ll chat and debrief about how it all went and what we both experienced. I’ll share how I think the energies may be manifesting in your life. You’ll also get a complimentary sketch of your energy blocks.
