Feeling a little... off? Unbalanced? Overly emotional? Out of touch or disconnected? Unloved? Having trouble communicating or showing your emotions? Hoping to amplify your connection to intuition and the divine? Katia will use all of her healing tools to sense what you need to balance your chakras (which are energy centers). She'll use energetic tools such as crystal healing, sound healing, Reiki healing, and aromatherapy. You'll start with a chat and a few questions so Katia can get to know you and sense what may be misaligned. She will begin with a short grounding meditation to help you center into the moment and then she will go to work! She will scan your body, noting which chakras may be over or under active or already smoothly balanced. Depending on what she senses from you, she will draw on her various tools and knowledge to help re-align you, body, mind, spirit, and shadow. This may include hands on Reiki, placing crystals on or hear your body, playing singing bowls over your body, drumming, chanting, and/or essential oil aromatherapy. After the session, Katia will report back her findings. Be sure to drink lots of water to help flush out energy that no longer serves and help positive energy move along the channels in the body.
