Feeling a little... off? Unbalanced? Emotional? Out of touch or disconnected? Lacking love? Having trouble communicating? Hoping to amplify your connection to intuition and the divine? If you answered YES to any of these, the Chakra Balancing session is a good one for you! Chakras are energy centers or energy hubs. Each one has its own functions and ways that its energy plays out in your life. They can easily be blocked or thrown off of healthy balance by the events of our day-to-day lives and traumas from past and present. Katia will scan your body, noting which chakras may be blocked, over or under active or already smoothly balanced. She'll also clear your aura. Then she will use all of her healing tools to sense what you need to balance your chakras. She may use crystal healing, sound healing, and/or aromatherapy in addition to Reiki. Depending on what she senses from you, she will draw on her various tools and knowledge to help re-align you, body, mind, spirit, and shadow. You will definitely receive Reiki, but the other healing will depend on your personal energies and needs in the moment. After the session, Katia will report back her findings and how the energies may be playing out in your life.
