I'm here to support you. I believe you are whole, you are radiant, and you are worthy. I see it inside of you, and I would LOVE to support you in feeling it too. In session, we'll talk through whatever you're going through. I'll ask you meaningful questions to get to the bottom of whatever is happening in your life and how it's affecting you. We'll make a plan together to support your highest good and growth as you move forward. What kinds of things can we talk about? +your emotional world +your job/career +your relationships +your intuition +your inner child +your hopes +your dreams +your mindset + your path into the future ... and more! I'll follow you in whatever you need most! In between sessions, you'll also have life coaching chat support with me via Slack. I'll always respond within 48 hours, but usually MUCH faster. And you'll have homework, like personalized journal prompts, meditations, activities, and affirmations. This program is a 3-month commitment to 9 sessions. Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be canceled or rescheduled up to 3 hours before the appointment. With less than 3 hours, your payment is forfeited.
