Enjoy a beautiful Reiki session with Katia! Meet her at the bayfront for a beautiful hour of relaxation and energy healing! You'll start with a chat to see if there's anything in particular that you'd like to focus on during the session. No worries if not! The Reiki energy knows where you need it to go and what you need it to help you heal, whether it's physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual. Then you'll hop onto the table to enjoy a brief grounding, relaxing guided meditation. From there, all you need to do is be open to the Reiki energy and relax. Katia will place her hands gently on or above your body to channel healing Reiki energy to you. Reiki is a light healing touch. Depending on what you expressed you needed and what Katia intuitively feels, she will stay in any given healing hand position for 30 seconds to several minutes. She'll be sensing any sort of sensations in and around your body that indicate a need for healing energy. She will treat your whole body and aura in this way. You may fall asleep, have visions, have flashbacks, or just feel incredibly relaxed. Reiki energy is always positive so you can trust that you'll be in good hands. Most likely, you won't want the session to end, but when it's over, Katia will gently let you know. You'll leave feeling a deepened connection with the Reiki energy and most likely a new sense of calm and trust. Katia can't wait to work with you! Bookings can be canceled or rescheduled up to 3 hours before the appointment. With less than 3 hours, your payment is forfeited.
