• Anointing your Third Eye with essential oils
• Practice trataka or candle gazing to stimulate and awaken the Third Eye
• Meditate with your Third Eye crystal and new wand to help activate and charge your crystal, your wand, and your Third Eye
• sip cozy Third Eye Chakra tea to nourish your body and soul
• connect with your beautiful sisters on this chakra-balancing path!
